Bluewater filed an application with the MPSC (case number U-13896) requesting authority to construct, own, and operate 24 miles of pipeline in St. Clair County, Michigan. The pipeline facilities include the existing 24 mile Bluewater Pipeline, which was purchased from CMS Energy, as well as additional pipeline connecting the Bluewater Pipeline to the Bluewater storage facility and Great Lakes Pipeline. |
